If so, you’ve probably switched on Night Shift, which isn’t a default setting. blue led light is on and now wont turn screen on. at first, i could restart phone to fix, then had to perform battery reset, then had to perform factory reset. □ On Android: Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Toggle the switch off next to Power saving mode. since i updated to lollipop, phone screen will go black and phone will restart.
